ProCoach AI uses AI to generate your training reports, weekly plans, and answers to your questions. This processing is based on the separate "I consent to AI-powered analysis" consent you give at registration.
How it works: Your requests are routed via OpenRouter (a multi-provider AI routing service) to various AI models (e.g. DeepSeek, Meta, Qwen, OpenAI's open models — the exact model may change over time). If a model is busy/unavailable, the request is automatically routed to an alternative model.
What's sent: Only your numeric training/health metrics (TSS, heart rate, sleep, etc.) and — if you use it — the question text you type into "Ask ProCoach". Your name, location, email address, or account identity are NEVER included in these requests.
International transfer: OpenRouter and the AI providers behind it may be located outside Turkey/the EU; this data flow therefore constitutes an international transfer under KVKK art. 9 and relies on your consent (see Privacy Policy section 5).
Limitations: AI suggestions are based on statistical patterns and do not replace a personal coach or doctor. Use judgment when following suggestions, and consult a professional if there's any uncertainty about your health.
Third-party providers: OpenRouter and the AI model providers behind it are subject to their own data-processing policies; ProCoach AI only sends these providers the limited data described above.
Withdrawing consent: If you want to stop receiving AI-powered analysis entirely, you can delete your account (Settings → Log out → delete account).
