1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of ProCoach AI, Sedat Küçükbay, Alsancak Mah. 1476/1 Sk. No:9 D:16 Kordon Kule Apt., Konak/İzmir, Türkiye ("ProCoach AI", "we"), and the person using the service ("you"). By registering for or using ProCoach AI, you accept these Terms. 2. What the service provides
ProCoach AI uses training and health data pulled from Garmin/Strava/Apple Health/Google Health to provide personalized training recommendations and analysis.
3. Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use ProCoach AI. If you are under 13, you may not register for or use this service. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete the account and its data.
4. Not medical advice
ProCoach AI's suggestions are general training guidance — they do NOT replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a doctor for health concerns. We recommend talking to a health professional before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have an existing condition.
5. Account creation and responsibility
You must provide accurate and current information when registering. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials (email/password) confidential and for all activity on your account. Report any suspicious activity to us at the contact address above.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to access another user's account without authorization, to disrupt normal operation of the system (e.g. overloading the API with automated bots/scripts), or to reverse-engineer it.
7. Intellectual property
The ProCoach AI software, design, logo, and brand belong to us. These Terms grant you only a limited, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app (except where applicable law provides an exception).
8. Data source connections
When you connect your Garmin/Strava/Apple Health/Google Health account, that provider's own terms of service also apply. ProCoach AI is not responsible for the service quality, data accuracy, or outages of these providers.
9. Pro subscription and pricing
ProCoach AI's core features are free. An optional "Pro" subscription unlocks additional features: a more advanced AI coach, a personalized weekly training plan, detailed coach reports and analysis, and an ad-free experience. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly.
In-app purchases are made through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge is applied within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Current prices are shown in the app and on the App Store; the amount and currency may vary by the country of your App Store account. Refunds are subject to the Apple App Store refund policy. If prices or subscription terms change, we will give reasonable notice before they take effect.
10. Changes, suspension, and termination of service
Features may be added, changed, or removed as we improve the service. We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine you've violated these Terms. You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Log out → delete account).
11. Limitation of liability
We provide ProCoach AI "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the decision to follow training suggestions, and the outcomes, are the user's own responsibility.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will announce significant changes in the app or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
